Three phases.
One direction.
We are in Phase 1. Everything in this roadmap is sequenced around what it takes to earn the trust of the people closest to this problem — before asking them to stake children's safety on a new platform.
Trust + Pilots
Q4 2026 — Q1 2027
Before we ask anyone to trust Lighthouse with something as serious as child protection, we earn it. Phase 1 is about proof, not scale. Three platforms in pilots, a foundation filing, a board, and one anchor strategic partner.
