Restore OS carries the operational weight of survivor care — trauma-informed case management, identity restoration, workforce pathways, and safe home operations — from day one through independence.

Plus the operational backbone of the safe home itself — resident lifecycle, staff coordination, medication tracking, donor reporting, volunteer management, incident logging, transition planning.
This is the supporting tier of the Lighthouse suite. Other organizations carry the core survivor restoration mission well. Lighthouse exists upstream — in prevention and recovery. Restore OS is provided because the suite has to acknowledge what happens after, and because David's existing WorkforceOS architecture made it a low-cost addition to ship.
